I have been eating healthy and exercising for 3 months and I have put on weight instead of losing weight? why?

I have stuck to a healthy diet, where I ate fruit and vegetables and fish, I also did alot of running and other cardio exercises.

    Sometimes when you exercise too much and diet too hard you gain wait instead of loosing it. My advice is to talk to your doctor about a good weight loss and try eating more varieties of food. Good Luck!References :

    sounds liek you have gained weight in muscle form! muscle is heavy but compact so you may slim down but you will probaly gain weight! xxReferences :
