    what i should be eating for each part of the day to stay healthy and fit, i do 30 min exercise a day.Im developing an eating disorder because i dont know what i should be eating for each part of the day to stay fit and healthy, (breakfast, lunch, dinner). I feel that if i eat anything high in fat and calories i will end up fat. I am 5 foot 8 and i weigh 9 stone 5.

    For each meal give yourself some fruits or/and veggies. If you don’t want to eat fruit make a smoothie out of some fruit for breakfast and add a little of fat free yogurt of your choice with some granola on top or have some yogurt for breakfast with some orange juice, milk, or water. For lunch have milk or water to drink because milk builds strong bones and you should have at minium 8 glasses of water a day. Have a nice salad made with romainian lettuce, some tomatoes, carrots, broccoli, nuts, etc. For dinner have milk or water and any type of pasta with steamed veggies. I hope that helps!!
