My diets become very bad, irregular, sometimes have to skip lunch because i&#039;m at work, have binges every few days on chocolate or cakes, i drink far far to much tea and hardly any water, i hardly ever eat meat.

I&#039;ve really noticed the effect this has had on my skin. My face is prone to spots but also now has terrible dry patches with flakey skin i cant get rid of. My legs are very very dry and have permanent goosepimples that are getting redder by the day. My skins extremely pale almost see through, because of this its tone is very uneven and greyish.

Please help me get my diet back on track, i want to be healthy! :D
