Do you make an effort to choose healthy when eating out or do you order whatever looks good on the menu?
I always look at the ingredients and try to pick something on the healthier side.
A few things I say away from are french fries and other fried items. Steamed, grilled and broiled are better than fried or scampi.I also stay away from anything that’s mostly bread or drowned in a sauce that’s probably mostly fat or sugar.
I also look for lean meats like fish or chicken or lamb and order salads with dressing on the side so they don’t drown it.
It may sound strict, but there’s tons of great dishes that I can still eat and not feel like I’m on a super-strict diet.

whatever, you pay for good food, so i say eat until you can’t eat no more.References :
hell no! i can eat healthy at home, going out is a treat and it should be treated that way. I’m not paying to eat what food eats lolReferences :
I try to eat relatively healthy at home,
so if I choose to eat out,
I’m probably going to treat myself.
Most things served at restaurants are pretty much around the same concerning how healthy they are, because it basically depends on the restuarant you are at. I would be more concerned about where you are, because it affects how healthy it is a lot, so my answer is:
WHATEVER LOOKS GOOD ! : )References :
