Well right now I am 5′2 in a half and weigh 105 pounds but im 13 and im not suppose to grow but one more inch according to the doctor. I eat healthy food sometimes but a lot of not very healthy food like pizza, ice cream, french fries, cookies and brownies ect. I run 4 miles a couple times a week and swim at the pool will I lose a couple pounds? I use to be really skinny but now I’m getting curvy and my but and hips are huge!

5′2.5 at 105..you don’t need to lose anything, tbh. But, if you REALLY want too, you need to cut your calories and continue your exercise.

You don’t need to lose weight, and if you did, you would do it under your parents’ and doctor’s supervision. You’re getting curvier because you are going through puberty.References :

Yes correct! Eat healthy and you will loose weight. I will give you an example I am a 250 lb, 6 ft male, and I started to eat healthy, no pizza, McDonald’s, etc. (I only eat the fruit and walnut salad at McDonald’s when all my friends go) and honestly I am at 229 with very minimal exercise so you should be fine. Now the hips, etc might be genetic! So exercise the areas you want to get rid of.References : Personal Experience

  6. If you carry on eating all those calorie than it can be difficult to reduce your weight. So, Stop eating Junk food and start taking food that are rich in protein. Instead of running 4 miles a couple time a week, start taking exercise every day for 15-20 min. Within a week you will get the results.

You are 13.. You have a way to go before you need to worry about weight, But do think about this, start a good healthy diet, cut down on your “teen” eating. When others are having a half of pizza, just have a slice. Try to lean more to veggies, than breads, french fries and things of high calories. Increase your exercise and stay active, make it a habit. Enjoy your youth.
