When others are having a half of pizza, just have a slice. Try to lean more to veggies, than breads, french fries and things of high calories. Increase your exercise and stay active, make it a habit. 		<description>If you carry on eating all those calorie than it can be difficult to reduce your weight. So, Stop eating Junk food and start taking food that are rich in protein. Instead of running 4 miles a couple time a week, start taking exercise every day for 15-20 min. Within a week you will get the results.</description>

I will give you an example I am a 250 lb, 6 ft male, and I started to eat healthy, no pizza, McDonald&#039;s, etc. (I only eat the fruit and walnut salad at McDonald&#039;s when all my friends go) and honestly I am at 229 with very minimal exercise so you should be fine. Now the hips, etc might be genetic! So exercise the areas you want to get rid of.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;Personal Experience</description>
